TruePrime AI is an AI company that operates real businesses with AI, then productizes what works. We do not sell tools we have never used. Every feature in Go was built because we needed it for our own companies first.

ShopProp Realty — a luxury flat-fee real estate brokerage, managing-broker-led since 2007, operating across 8 states. The first and largest proving ground for the Go program. Hundreds of programmatic SEO pages generating real buyer and seller leads.

Why we built Go

The agency problem

Traditional marketing agencies charge $5,000–$15,000 per month. They rely on manual processes, report monthly, and often produce generic content that any competitor could have. Small businesses paying those rates rarely see proportional returns — and when they stop paying, the work stops too.

The DIY problem

Business owners who try to handle marketing themselves face a different trap: the tool stack spirals (SEO tracker, content tool, chat widget, review manager, analytics), none of the tools talk to each other, and the real bottleneck is not software but the 10–15 hours per week of skilled attention marketing requires. Most give up within 90 days.

The build decision

We needed growth marketing for ShopProp Realty and could not justify agency rates for what felt like automatable work. So we built an AI team — specialists that handle SEO, AEO, content, lead capture, and reporting — and ran it on our own business. When it worked, we productized it as Go.

The operating idea

Most vendors sell tools they have never had to depend on. We run every part of Go on our own companies first — the SEO pages, the AEO artifacts, the lead capture, the reports. When it works for us, it ships to customers. When something breaks, we feel the pain before you do.

What Go does not do

We would rather tell you what we cannot do than oversell what we can:
